These terms apply when you use this website or buy a course, event, membership or other service (a Service) from Juresic Academy Pty Ltd (ABN 25 702 053 101), trading as Juresic Sales Academy. Buying or using a Service means you accept them.
Where a specific offer sets out its own enrolment terms, those terms and the description and price shown at checkout apply to that purchase and prevail over this page if they conflict.
Buying a place
Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and state whether GST applies. Stripe processes payment. If you pay by instalments or through a buy-now-pay-later provider, that provider’s own contract applies to the credit and we are not a party to it.
Your place is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation email.
Your access
Access is for you personally. You cannot transfer, share or resell it. If your employer paid, the place still belongs to the named participant unless we agree in writing to move it.
Our material
We own the Academy content, including the playbook, scripts, frameworks, recordings and templates, or we license it. You may use it for your own work. You may not copy it, record sessions, publish it, feed it into a product or training set, or teach it as your own.
Other participants
Sessions involve real deals and real numbers. Do not repeat, record or publish what another participant shares. We may remove someone who does.
Call review
Some Services include review of recordings or transcripts you submit. You are responsible for having the right to share that material and for any consent the recording laws in your state require. Feedback is coaching, not verification that a call was lawful or compliant.
If we change or cancel something
Presenters, timing, delivery method and materials can change, and we may make reasonable changes without notice. If we cancel a Service, or change it so much that we cannot deliver what you paid for, we will offer you a replacement, a credit or a refund for the affected part. You choose which.
If you change your mind
Change-of-mind refunds are available only where the offer says so or the law requires it. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantee that a Service is supplied with due care and skill. If something has gone wrong, email us and tell us what happened.
What we do not promise
The Academy teaches sales skills. It is general education, not legal, financial, tax or employment advice. What you earn afterwards depends on your effort, your market and your product, so we do not promise income, sales, a job, a placement or certification.
Suspension
We may suspend or end your access for a serious breach of these terms, and will give you notice and a chance to fix it where that is reasonable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost opportunity arising from a Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and permits it, our liability is limited to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. Stripe, finance providers and any third-party platform we use have their own terms and privacy practices.
General
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction. The version you accepted at checkout governs that purchase, and a later change will not cut back something you have already paid for. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
