Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 September 2026

Juresic Academy Pty Ltd (ABN 25 702 053 101) trades as Juresic Sales Academy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we hold it and what you can do about it. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

What we hold depends on how you deal with us. It can include:

  • your name, email address, phone number, employer and job title;
  • what you tell us in an enquiry, application or support request;
  • your enrolment, invoice and payment status (Stripe holds your card details, we do not);
  • call recordings, transcripts, coursework and feedback you submit for review;
  • attendance and progress through a course;
  • your marketing preferences; and
  • website and device data from cookies and analytics.

Most of this comes from you. Some comes from your employer if they enrol you, and some from Stripe and the other providers listed below.

Why we collect it

We use personal information to:

  • answer enquiries and enrol you;
  • run the course, including call review and coaching feedback;
  • take payment, issue invoices and handle refunds;
  • support you and keep our systems secure;
  • improve what we teach and how we teach it;
  • send marketing where you have consented or the law allows; and
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

If you choose not to give us information we ask for, we may not be able to enrol you or deliver part of the course.

Call recordings and transcripts

Call review is part of the Academy. Before you upload a recording or transcript, make sure you are allowed to share it and that everyone on the call consented to being recorded. Recording laws differ between states, and that consent is your responsibility, not ours.

Recordings and transcripts are used to give you feedback and are handled with the AI and hosting providers described below. Do not upload sensitive information, or a third party’s information, unless it is necessary and you have the right to.

Who else sees it

We disclose personal information to:

  • Stripe and any instalment or finance provider you choose, for payment;
  • hosting, database, email, SMS and analytics providers that run the Academy;
  • AI providers that transcribe and analyse call recordings;
  • our accountants, insurers and lawyers;
  • a buyer, if the business is sold; and
  • anyone else you ask us to, or where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

Overseas disclosure

Several of these providers store or process data outside Australia, most often in the United States. We take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate protections in place, but overseas privacy laws are not identical to Australian law.

Marketing

If you enquire or enrol, we may send you course news and offers. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us. We will still send you the messages needed to run a course you are enrolled in.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technology to keep the site working, measure how it is used and support advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

Security and how long we keep it

We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable providers to protect the information we hold. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and afterwards where a tax, accounting or legal obligation requires it. Once it is no longer needed, we destroy it or de-identify it.

Access, correction and complaints

Email admin@juresicacademy.com.au to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to complain about how we have handled it. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we will tell you in writing if we refuse a request and why.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can take the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We update this policy from time to time. The current version always sits on this page with the date it took effect.
